Methods are tailored to meet the individual requirements of each client’s personality, culture, problems and goals. Talk therapy is used in conjunction with mind/body methods for reducing anxiety and stress. Cognitive behavioral, communication skill building, psycho education and transpersonal methods are also used. Work is done primarily with individuals, though some couples or family work may be incorporated. I strive to help clients find clear vision, meaning and a positive sense of self as well as an appreciation of purpose in relation to others and the community. Collaboratively, we will process and gain understanding of thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
